The movement is the in-house, manual winding Calibre 58-04 and features a very handy second-zero-stop-mechanism that allows for a more precise setting of the time. Essentially, when you disengage the crown to set the time the second hand jumps to zero and stays there. As you turn the crown the minute hand is advanced forward in exactly one minute increments, meaning that it will always be on one of the minute indices when the seconds hand starts again, thus ensuring the two are always aligned for maximum accuracy.

To give you further peace of the mind the Senator Chronometer Regulator is, as the name suggests, a certified chronometer, with the entire watch (cased up and completed) undergoing a 15-day test under the watchful eyes of the German Calibration Service (DKD) before receiving its certificate.

Pricing to be confirmed but given the metals used and the in-house certified chronometer, they won’t come cheap. Then again most things in life worth having rarely do.

The date on the Aqua Terra 150M Annual Calendar only has to be changed once a year on the first of March. Neo-Victorian/Steampunk

One fine afternoon, I decided to walk the streets around Newtown to check out the many stores and galleries they had. One thing I found really interesting was the different types of fashion and styles that everyone was wearing. However, I did see a particular style that I was not used to seeing and it was the Neo-Victorian Goth style, also known as, Steampunk.

So what is this fashion?

This style of fashion is inspired by the industrialised Western civilisation during the 19th Century. The style is very unique and can be mistaken for the Victorian era where people are seen to be wearing corsets (for women) or waist coats coupled with a top hat (for men).

When I look at the above photos, it takes me back to the era before electricity was around or before cars even existed. Personally, I don't see myself wearing layers upon layers with clothes but I guess for others this is not an issue. However, I do find the cane and the pocket watches are an interesting combination of accessories and believe we can incorporate the style with the preppy look. 

From my opinion, its movies like Sherlock Holmes that have brought about the steampunk styling of clothes. Hollywood tends to be one of the biggest inspirations for fashion these days. More and more people are trying to copy the looks of celebrities and styles to make themselves look better or prettier. However, one should know that these kinds of styles are not for everyone and should be carefully decided before changing your entire wardrobe.

The Ref. 5002 Sky Moon Tourbillon is the manufacture's most complicated wristwatch with 12 complications on two dials. Now, with the Ref. 6002, the Sky Moon Tourbillon has a successor that redefines the term grand complication – with a case and dial that require the utmost in craftsmanship and artistry.

As regards the movement, the new Ref. 6002 is largely identical with its predecessor. It possesses a minute repeater with two cathedral gongs and a tourbillon; on the front dial, it indicates standard time and features a perpetual calendar with a retrograde date and a moon-phase display. The rear dial sets the stage for astronomical functions: it shows the northern sky, sidereal time, and the angular progression and phases of the moon. Unlike the Ref. 5002, it indicates the moon phases instead of the moon age and features apertures instead of hands for the day of the week, month, and leap year displays.

The totally new aspect of the Sky Moon Tourbillon Ref. 6002 is its appearance, with lavish decorations that elevate it to the status of a grand creation.

How is everyone today?.  I usually buy all my clothes at where I can find comfortable 'Daily outwear' Topshop store is one of them. They carry pretty inspire mixture of fabrics, patterns and colours.

I like to wear practical and long-lasting clothes. Occasionally, I buy fancy dresses and Platform heels which let you go-big or go-home.

Hope you all had a great day! I started mine off on Sunday by shopping at General Pants

( Full disclosure: I got four pairs of brand new jeans , 
basically zero motivation to save up)

I am really picky about shopping. After hearing great things about this brand from my friend, I'd give it a try.

 Turns out, it's pretty awesome.  They have so many different brands at one store.

It was without a doubt, most of jeans there were good quality and reasonable price.

However, other items, t-shirts, dresses and so on was little bit off to me.

 If you're considering trying it - I'd highly recommend it!

(P.S. first time visitor try Dr Denim!. )
